"Bayerischer Brauerbund" with new president!

Georg Schneider, managing partner of the Schneider Weiße G. Schneider & Sohn GmbH, Kelheim, has been elected as president of the Bayerische Brauerbundes e.V.. The general assembly of the central association for the Bavarian brewery industry voted for him on May 12th 2016 concordantly. Georg Schneider has been a member of the executive board for 10 years and acted as the Bavarian ambassador for the „Brewers of Europe“. Since 2005 Georg Schneider is head of the consortium "Arbeitsgruppe mittelständischer Privatbrauereien im Deutschen Brauer-Bund e.V.".

Apart from Georg Schneider the following have been elected as members of the "Präsidium des Bayerischen Brauerbundes": Dr. Michael Möller, Staatliches Hofbräuhaus, Munich, continuing his duties as treasurer, Karl-Heinz Pritzl, Kauzen-Bräu GmbH & Co. KG, Ochsenfurt, Georg Reichert, Gräfl. Brauerei Arco-Valley GmbH, Eichendorf-Adldorf, Bernhard Sailer, Hofbräuhaus Traunstein Josef Sailer KG, Traunstein as well as Andreas Steinfatt, Hacker-Pschorr-Bräu GmbH in Munich.
